Yes they finally figured out that they could take them down faster than we could re-upload them. Even if you were to change names, encrypt, break into chunks, they would still manually report them and have them removed. Torrents are really the only thing they can't remove, tho they can pressure torrent sites to remove the magnet links.

Hmm, so if UAC is disabled, trying to access Modern UI settings fails via most methods (app can't start while UAC is disabled), but if you access it via going to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts and hit "Make changes to my account in PC settings", it'll load without problem. Is there a way to make this behavior universal across all ways of accessing settings?
can't someone just upload a magnet link? even if they dmca the tracker, you can still connect to peers via dht and if someone is unable to dl torrents then they should get a better isp!

No Settings option in Start isn't a bug, you have to choose it in the Settings Menu Settings/Personalization/Start
I mean when I start the settings app, there isnt any icon in the taskbar. The icon is invisible. I already cleaned icon and thumbnail cache but still without a icon In startmenu I got settings.
Im going to call this one. and say that 95% chance that next one could be rtm and start going out to people that reserved it along with insiders. and any updates issued during next month would be intergrated into the ones that people reserved. and anybody that got rtm before the 29th would have to download the updates or redownload the updated rtm 31 days left.
if this is the last before RTM....we have to revert back 10130 from insider site to get the free upgrade. u cant upgrade on top any leak, so dont matter if wzor would had release the 10154.
