Downloaded mine, installed, was almost done when screen said restoring previous OS, I almost died, then when old OS was on in system tray, notification box said I had 3 programs running in task manager that prevented me from installing new OS, I opened task manager, (right click on taskbar, up to task manager) it opened with 3 programs showing, I right clicked on those 3 and chose disable, 2 audio programs and One Drive I believe, then reinstalled, all went well, have to remember that for RTM.

I succeeded to solve the problem by uninstalling the update KB3070677 and then install it again and restart. I don't know why but the updates that were specially installed in order to find further updates from 10130 did not install correctly.
