endbase, Not all members know English well. One member PMed me in Spanish (I think) which froze my eyes wide open.
It's rarely a language issue, it's the fact that with modern forums people come to threads and go to the first new post which typically means they will be skipping over a LOT of content that could be relevant to any question(s) they want to ask. Some people just don't care to expend the effort to read and gain info: they want what they want regardless of what's going on and they'll jump right in and ask for something (or even in some cases practically demand it) even when the answers they're seeking are literally in the post right before the one they're making or even on the same page of posts. It's that instant gratification thing humans can't seem to get past.
How very very true and as witnessed in each of these Insider Preview build threads, over and over and over again - a lot of ppl just can't be arsed to read anything.
Just 10159 x64 Pro plz. And I think you would make quite a few ppl who are requesting this very happy.
