there's a few peoples here who have problems with realtek ... no solution found ... search on realtek website ???
yup but it was not accepted, used the xxxx-txycv (pro) installed, after that i converted/upgraded the Pro to Entreprise with the xxxx-8xc4k all went ok ???
Looks like Microsoft goofed in this build. Lots of good stuff and fixes but broken audio for most Realtek devices. Some can be fixed by downloading the latest drivers from the Realtek website. While others are still broken no mater what driver they use.
I sent load of suggestions and they received them because they are looking into them it states on the suggestions fingers cross they do something with them .. We got your feedback and we're using it to improve your experience.
Since we've had two builds in two days and I did an upgrade from 130 to 158 then to 159, I decided to burn the ESD to my USB drive and do a clean install. Two things I've noticed... One, it's now asking for CDKey during the install process and when I skipped it and got to the desktop it was saying in Settings that my copy of Windows was un-activated. I used the CDKey for the Pro version listed at the beginning of the thread and it's now saying Activated. The other, is the watermark in the corner is saying "Evaluation Copy". I haven't payed much attention to it during the betas, but I'm curious if that is normal or does it mean I may have to buy W10 or stay in the Insider Program after launch. Thanks.... T
One more question. I'm facing a problem with the following procedure: 1)Click on 'Run' 2)Type "netplwiz" 3)Untick requirement for password so I won't have to type my password when Windows starts 4)Reboot 5)It asks me for my password and shows 2 accounts. The main one and another account with half my email address(eg if my email address is magaros at hotmail dot com, it will show "magar") This also happens with Windows Explorer. My main account isn't my name(Konstantinos) which used to be the case with Windows 8/8.1. So, my personal folder is located into "C:\Users\magar" and not "C:\Users\Konstantinos" as it did with Windows 8.1 Any info/solution/hacky thing?
He also said 10158 was last build we would get until RTM. It might be worth trusting his source for builds/iso's but not info on things not yet in his hands. Unless he has the RTM take it with a pinch of salt. Think signoff will be in 2 days personally or on Monday. (enough time to get through some feedback and get a few more fix's)
For most people audio stops randomly. If you change any settings it stops as well. Example changing from default 16-bit 44100 Hz to 24-bit 48000 Hz will make most peoples audio stop working. A reboot doesn't fix it only uninstalling and reinstalling the driver will work and then the audio just stops again later. There are pages and pages in the Feedback App of people complaining their audio doesn't work.
Really need an en x86 ISO. One of the ones for who the decrypter just will not work and, well, Microsoft have been stupid enough to make the 10159 update non resumable. Download to a Bay Trail tablet and the battery will not last long enough. Since you need an external drive for the extra space to download it... well, you can't plug it in to recharge while downloading to external.
