Depends on your hardware, my Dell is fine and my Lenovo sucks..surprise, surprise, Lenovo still can't support Windows 8 why expect them to support 10?
Not seen anything in this thread....I know there is a thread on the audio drivers for the previous build...anyone have a solution to the realtek audio driver issues? I have tried both the Windows update driver and the the latest on the realtek website and can mostly only select stereo.
u have plenty of power under the hood.....sense u have a dual boot your cpu mite be running some file of 7 in the background?
well there is your issue using pre made computers i build mine z97 platform and all is always supported
i see....weird i have not seen that kind of issue with my comps. are u running lots of apps in the win10 drive?
I always get rid of as many services as i safely can, disable all startup crap, clean as can be which is why it doesnt make sense. I'm basically not running anything other than what the operating system thinks it needs to run
You are at even a greater disadvantage because you have to depend on the hardware manufacturers to supply drivers and everybody knows they are the absolute worst at doing that.
it mite be a issue with your SSD people are reporting lots problems when running on them using win10.......
My Dell Latitude D530 won't shut down normally. If I use the shutdown button in Start8 or in CTRL-ALT-DEL, either way the screen goes black, the hard drive cycles for 2-3 minutes, then it reboots. This is 10162, but it was the same on 10158.
hopefully next build wont do this. Off topic but does anyone know if the slow release of 10162 has fixes or is it exactly the same as the fast ring version/
no i dont lol all the drivers i need are direct from intel and5 included in windows it's self and best part intel updates every week like clock work so all my drivers work oob
Thank you, too, but nope. Didn't fix it. I never had this issue with Win 8.1. The computer was perfect with 7 and 8. ETA: Could be the hardware is just too old for 10.
