Hi, I'm new here and I was trying to install the preview on my laptop to see if I would have any program conflicts before the windows 10 migration on my gaming rig. It installs okay but every time it boots it crashes and won't run run long enough for me to test anything out. It's an older laptop but it ran windows 7, 8 and 8.1 fine. Do you thin it's driver issues? I'm doing clean installs every time and I do know this is buggy but I can even get it to run well enough to test or install anything. Should I try an earlier version?
misuse of Rufus or whatever. I don't know what you have done but one is clear: selfbrewed iso is ok and official one doesn't work ??? Where is the hook?
You mean your going to be windows insider, clean install all the time, won't be long before you buy Win 10 Man I feel sorry for you
Hi, the latest one 10162. I used to WinToFlash to make my bootable USB, I'm going to try Rufus and see if it makes a difference. Then I'll try the old fashion way and just try a DVD.
I might be in business, the install is taking alot longer now. WinToFlash might have been the culprit...fingers crossed.
Get your wallet out, and buy Win 10, you will anyway, even if you don't admit it, will have xinso investigate, hehe
