Correct me if I'm wrong, but if 10192 was the first post-RTM build, it would mean 10176 is the actual RTM, isn't it? I'm not so sure. They jumped numbers between Windows 10 milestones except for RTM... I don't think so.
I think it will be 10200 compiled on 7/9/15. I think Microsoft is happy with the current build and just patching things before the targeted date of 7/9.

Which report, the one that said it was signed off yesterday, the one that says it will be the 9th or the one that says it will be the 12th?
of course if 192 was post rtm then you wouldn't be able to upgrade to rtm from it..and another of course is that ms could do whatever they want to make that happen and a third of course would be that 192 never ever makes it to insiders...i'll take door number 3.
