I think rtm is 10400 because this 10500.0.150706-1800.th2_CLIENTENTERPRISE_VOL_x64fre_en-us.esd

    10500 > 10400 so 10400 = rtm? never!!!

You are correct. This pretty much wraps up the debate we had with build numbers :D
The RTM is coming from th1. Right now 10500 stands in th2 (which is for redstone) The build number for th1 would have to be less than that of th2 so it would have to be 10400
Unless! They decide to up the build number for th2 then th1 could become something like 10800 (but im 99.9% sure that won't happen) :D

It looks like it will be 10400 unless they increase the build number in th2 :) then the RTM build number in th1 would go up but that's not happening :)

Anyone else have this wallpaper overlapping UI bug in 10162?

It happens if you select the "Center" option in the "Chose a fit" in "Settings > Personalization".

Can't see if it's been reported as I don't have my MS account linked, so have no Insider app to report the bug, hopefully MS spotted it & fixed it before RTM. (If anyone else can report it, that'd be great)

It could be it, of course, but it's a bug anyway and it must be fixed.
    Send them a report.
