    Let's say ms release win10 for public 2day. I have a legit win 7 key and i want to install (clean install not update) win 10.
    Any idea if submitting the win 7 key, m$ will give me an upgrade key for win 10?
    Or is a must update process from 7 to 10?
    Because i don't want to install win 7 to update from it to 10.
    If you know something....

    the only one sure you will get free upgrade if understand very good ...now about new key for upgrade i think we all got same key for upgrade cauze its not possible share 1 million diffrent keys in 1 million devices :g::g::g:

    As far as we know now It only works if you upgrade after that you can do a clean install :tea:

    Probable the upgrade key will be assigned to your Microsoft account but we will see

    I have W7 Ultimate Installed, when you upgrade to W10 do you get like for like, or just a basic W10?

    You can Change Retail to KMS simply by changing the Key.
