    You download it. Change extension to .esd and use abbodi1406 decryption tool.

    Just downloaded new build using Windows Update ,where is the esd downloaded to

    Here too, but I ran the powershell command again and got another link with the correct (?) size of 2.55 GB

    seems to me permission was asked, and given... can't do more than that...

    They must have squashed a lot of bugs for Upgrade procedure. Upgrade process is coming along very smoothly with just slight bump or two. I can see that the Upgrade Procedure for RTM and going forward will be smooth as butter.
