    Many ISP's using Inline Cache systems, means they're caching the most frequented site and special local Speedtest providers on their own server and the user didn't get the real connection speed. That's why using speedtest's via other countries and different providers will give you much different outcome.

    DSLReports is quite accurate while Ooklahs Speedtest is one of the most used international one will all times show great results because all ISP's who using Inline Cache, having that apps in their list!

    Anyway, special for uploads, that speed is much less as download in general! I have 30Mbps down and 3Mbps upload speed. Infact I mainly get 40+Mbps down and and 3.3Mbps up. And we talking here from bit's and NOT Bytes!!

    Most of the posters using to show the wrong speed because they're lazy to write it in the real manner for bits = Mbps and Bytes MBps! Just the lower and capital letters making a lot difference. 1 Byte is 8 bit's and that would be by 3Mbps (Megabits/second) upload and real maximum upload speed of 375 kB/s (KiloByte/second)

    @xinso:
    The reason I suggested to use those different Speedtest's are simply for you to find out 2 things:
    1. WHO is using Inline Cache
    2. WHAT speed you get from those with no Inline Cache in use!
    And that would give you a better picture about what you really could use up and down.

    For me, I get up to 400 kB/s upload to Mega and that's the max I could get with my connection from Thailand.

    I am retired. So I choose 100 Mb/s & 40 Mb/s here. I know my connection well by comparing all free space sites.

    Hey, 10166 is not bad.

    @xinso:

    With an connection of 100/40 Mbps, is would use my own server at my home. It would give me 100% control over everything and I wouldn't have to bother with uploads! Or instead of using an Hoster, which didn't gives you full control, sign up for an VPS (Virtual Private Server) and set it up as you File server, which also gives your 100% control include SSH, Cron and much more!

    Think about that you'll never know what really happen with 'YOUR' content placed on any public accessible (and special FREE) File Hoster like Mega, Openload and many others! Using your own servers incl. VPS, you decide how it should and would work! It's simply up to you you give access to whom or everybody under what condition. You also could chose how to secure your content include of using Decryption like PgP and others.

    To get an 100/40Mbps connection in Thailand, would cost more than US$ 100 a month and it's simply to much expensive. I already pay for 30/3Mbps more than 40 bucks a month!! For my Company I pay 270 Bucks a month for 100/100Mbps in an Datacenter with our own physical server just for the Internet connection! Maintenance fees come extra! And that server is strictly for my Company only, not any private use! Private and for urgent use, I have an File Sharing Webserver on my desktop at home as well, which works well over my home IP.

    To run such server on Windows 10 is an easy peace of cake! For the start up and main config, I would just need 5min! It's up and running in no time! And could even use SSL with that! There many possibilities what could be done to get what you want and run on your own!

    Thanks. But I have more important things to take care of. Much appreciated, pisthai.

    Wait. 100/40Mbps in Thailand, US$ 100 a month.

    Here in Taiwan, 100/40Mbps, US$ 33 a month. (Unlimited)

    Notifications/action center are seriously messed up in recent builds.

    Those who don't use it for a lot of notifications may not notice missing or seriously delayed notifications, but try depending on it for email notifications (e.g. Outlook 2013/2016) and you'll find both of these problems.

    It takes a reboot to fix it, but it only works for a few hours, then back to massive delays.

    I wish I knew of a way to (temporarily) fix this without a reboot.

    After a cut-off of energy my menu bar and the start menu they have stopped working, isn't the first time
    i should reinstall after a bad shutdown, because the menu bar was bugged.
    This time has been in build 10166 that comes with the menu bar update that fixes this issue
