I´ve tried to upgrade from Win8.1 Pro/wMediacenter to Win10 10240 all seems to be fine, but when Upgrade was finished , Win booted to the Login Screen, I can chose my user, but then there is just a black screen and the mouse point ... anyone with same problem ? (I did not uninstall my Eset Smart securtiy v8) Should I try again, and remove the eset before ?
RTM version will be when you see win10_rtm in build lab code for now this is some stages from internal pre-RTM
Maybe if you create a new account and say its yours when they ask. At the beginning they ask if it´s your device or from you Organisation. Only as info Windows 10240 working great after a clean install. It´s activated and it works without disapearing Icons, store crashes. Does anyone installed the security update and got still Internet Connection?
Alright, i found the problem. In Privacy - Feedback and Diagnostics, do not select ''Send your device data to Microsoft - Basic''. Leave it at Enhanced by default.
anyone with a link to version it-IT HOME edition 32bit, NOT pro? i need to update an Asus T100 that has 8.1 32bit thanks
Is version 10240 the RTM? Is the keylogger gone that was in earlier builds? If I installed now, when does my Windows 8 key become useable as a Windows 10 key? In other words, if I install Windows 10 now as an update, how do I active my Windows 10 with my Windows 8 key?
Is there a trusted site where i can verify checksums from esd's i find? A public site is preferred. I have found this esd file: 10240.16384.150709-1700.th1_CLIENTPRO_RET_x64fre_nl-nl_c827137d538e529fde1dda8a92544d43cea79cf2.esd I see that antonio provides this one too but someone is hurrassing me about the date of the files inside the iso the esd can make, and that there are possibly keyloggers in this build. So it would be nice if we can verify the sha1 hashes.
You must upgrade first and check activation status. Unique hardware ID is stored on MS servers. Thereafter clean installs activate at first connect.
