PT-PT language pack available since yesterday. Usually only appears in RTM, so this is definitely a version of the RTM.
Interestingly, even Windows 10 Enterprise 10240 isn't activated, there isn't any Watermark on Desktop. Also, while installing, it not asked for an Microsoft Account. The later I had to ad after the install were done completely. That really need to mean that most of the final functions are already working and that there wouldn't be much changes left before RTM. That could simply be different for the Pro and normal OS. Maybe I'll use an different HDD for to install an clean version of Pro tomorrow the same way I did with the enterprise todeay: install 64bit no Internet connection use local account check activation status connect to Internet see it will activate if isn't activated yet after activation is done, format and install 32bit of Pro use an unused MSA Internet connected this time check activation Than will see what happen! And maybe the same 'game' starts again after July 29. 2015?!

But hey ZH-HK has been there for centuries? I know I can install ZH-TW and apply the language pack though. Amongst the language packs, there is ZH-HK, according to what I found on wzor's twitter.
Yeah. I mean my windows 8.1 x64 pro is zh-hk. Basically I wanna upgrade my windows with the zh-hk esd instead of using the zh-tw one and applying the language pack. Or can I use vlite or some software to swap the zh-tw locale with the zh-hk language pack .cab to make it zh-hk?
1. Install zh-TW 10240 2. Install zh-HK Language pack 3. Set everything to zh-HK via Control Panel 4. Copy and save the content to a file zh-HK.reg. Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\PreinstalledLanguages\zh-TW] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\PreinstalledLanguages\zh-HK] [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\UILanguages\zh-TW] 5. Import the registry by double-click on zh-HK.reg. 6. Restart to take effect. In this way, if zh-HK is to be available in next flighting, upgrade it. [Note] If not available, 1. change those registry values back to zh-TW as: Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\PreinstalledLanguages\zh-HK] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\PreinstalledLanguages\zh-TW] [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\UILanguages\zh-HK] [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\MUI\UILanguages\zh-TW] "LCID"=dword:00000404 "DefaultFallback"="en-US" "en-US"=hex(7):00,00,00,00 "Type"=dword:00000112 2. Set everything to your need via Control Panel. 3. Restart.
