So how would one backup those settings for future use, don't shoot

 

is 10240 now the rtm version?i think not in diagnostic by privacy is 2 option one never send second with easy, automatic

OEM have it, MS might do more by the 29th and change something, but will be able to get through windows update. Thats best guess anyway.

Suggestions to anyone unsure what to do, wait till the 29th, not that far away.

Whether it changes or not on July 29 is probably not much relevant. After updates, they should both be the same on July 30.

 

Oh, right. I didn't know the loaders didn't work in 8.x.

Yes, I asked the question mostly to get a more detailed answer. Details like reset vs. format, whether the person used a loader or not are essential for the posts to provide real value.

 

i don't even have edge pinned to my taskbar,couldn't you just right click the icon and unpin it from taskbar before or after your tweak?

don't know if this has been posted,but found the favorites folder for edge to import saved links to C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default theres a bunch of other folders in there also
