more responsive, especially opening pictures and mouse lags have settled, looks like they are listening to feedback EDIT: refers to latest update
yeah, noticed it big time on a rig built for vista's requirements (which dare I say it, responded well to that OS) but now it is near instant with a change to an SSD drive in it.
Just a warning that Windows 10 Build 10240 x64 will not fit on a 4GB USB stick. I kept getting an error toward the end of trying to make a stick with Rufus even though the smaller 32-bit version worked. Finally I realized that the size might be too close so I tried a larger stick and it worked. I had no trouble fitting it on a DVD 5 (4.3 gig).
Under Network and Sharing Center, make sure you set your Network as from Public network to Private network, if your showing Public network, easy to fix is go to HomeGroup and this will let u to set private network. I can't believe Microsoft set it as public network after upgrading or clean install. Bugger.
That be kind of like a 5 cylinder car--even though I've heard of such a thing! Gonna see if Costco has one of those three packs with 8 Gig sticks. If you plan on making an all-in-one you're gonna need the larger size anyway. By the way I was hoping for a guide for an AIO soon--haven't seen anything. I was also wondering whether after you get the AIO .iso can you use Rufus to make a USB stick that will work with the AIO and UEFI boot together?
up to 48%, it's like that for like 5 minutes , can't believe that I will be the first screwed one. Hold your laughs lobo11
