hell I do not even use the weather app..just remembered a few people complaining about the live tile stopped working. And no I do not use any AV, have not for years for me...can't speak about others doing as I do.
Man some of the places I go well you would have to have something, I have Malwarebytes and NOS 32 AV, do you surf the web
I use an AV just because the Firewall does the work. I can never block Adobe Applications some apps with the Windows Default Firewall.
Oh yeah and lots of porn too Anyhow those 3 settings in gpedit I showed earlier persisted through this KB update so it is looking promising for totally disabling all parts of defender. /edit Home edition users will not be able to disable this way...no gpedit.
Same hardware firewall, and I have my images...only use the images when I screw it up changing stuff haha....
Maybe you don't know how to use the modern Windows Firewall? You simply need to create your own rules for either in and out going traffic!!
Just so long as AV is not Norton, what a pile of crap Sorry if anyone here uses that crap What I really want to know is where does Edge save your settings, passwords, favs
I was just letting people know and responding to a complaint regarding it in your quoted post. Not very nice to imply that it mattered to me. Already said I was going to Costco for some 8 gbs. Don't you read all posts? See post 2849 & 2840. Will someone be making a guide for an all-in-one?
Sorry, don't get mad. I get the 4gb complaint a lot and it gets old. As far as an AIO, there's not much to do. You just export one of each of the install.wim indexes to a single install.wim and re-iso it. I *THINK* the setup should automatically detect the upgrade path and select the correct index for upgrades, but until they finalize, we can't say for sure. I don't think there's any need for an ei.cfg since it lets you skip the key entry now, but you can still put one if you want. It won't affect upgrades like it did in 8.x.
