No need to get so panic. The Key and Activation ID is the same for everybody who uses the same edition. The only difference is in ACTIVATED or NOT based on the activation record stored in Microsoft Server. (In term of FREE upgrade)
He has got problem with WU. Windows as Service starts with KB3074665: Code: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion] "BuildBranch"="th1" "CurrentBuild"="10240" "CurrentMajorVersionNumber"=dword:0000000a "CurrentMinorVersionNumber"=dword:00000000 "CurrentType"="Multiprocessor Free" "CurrentVersion"="6.3" "EditionID"="Professional" "InstallationType"="Client" "InstallDate"=dword:55a7742b "ProductName"="Windows 10 Pro" "CurrentBuildNumber"="10240" "BuildLab"="10240.th1_st1.150714-1601" "BuildLabEx"="10240.16390.amd64fre.th1_st1.150714-1601"
The activation stored on Microsoft server comprises (oem retail serial + code pc) also has saved the microsoft with which logs in to the system when you turn it on? or is this not necessary independent ??? I tried it with friends on Windows 8.1 oem serial activated by retail upgrade to Windows ISO 10240 is stored as the serial license Windows Explorer (when the upgrade is selected save settings of the previous windows) But if that option is not chosen, the system does not save any of the previous windows and only appears generic serial activation for all, no previous retail serial saved.
My English is not enough for detailed explanation. I just posted the result for my free Windows 8.1 ProWMC - turned to be NOT activated on this build.
Who knows if this is even a right spot to complain about my issue. I have 2 that are driving me insane. Why in the hell would MS think we would want to further clutter the all apps menu with needless sorting entries when everything is already alphabetized? Not only that I normally have my on form of categorizing programs in that menu using directories named by function (dev/multimedia/network/system/etc..). Now each of those end up in their little letter...The tile grid as some people have begun call it has some customization options but the minimum size is far to large for my taste. 4 tile grid min is just obnoxious to me. I end up with a lot screen real estate wasted for nothing. I actually wanted to try start using modern apps but I don't want them forced upon me. There's a lot people saying to just be patient since the OS will now receive regular updates and what not, but to me it still feels like a downgrade from the win7 days when I feel still had skimpy settings but at least we had some control albeit little. Win10 is beginning to dissappoint.
Anyone else getting ram hogged by NDU service? (just like in Windows 8.1) The more I use the internet and the more I download, the more my Non-Paged Pool goes up. Looks like we will have to disable this again.

Alittle off topic, but it still has to do with Windows, go to C/Windows/system32/osk (osk=on screen keyboard)find it (osk) right click, pin to tasbar, it's a lot better than the other, in fact, im in bed, looking at a HD TV hooked to computer thru HDMI cable typing this with osk, try it.
Appreciate the build links Murphy I've been out of the loop for a couple months. Thanks for getting them into place now I can get a bit more up to date. I should be able to easily slide the tools into the iso
