    No. this was just fake propaganda, you can still clean install and activate. Did one yesterday night

    Is there any way to integrate a language pack into en-us iso?

    confirmed... it's ESSENTIAL to upgrade from previous activated system to win10 KEEPING DATA AND SETTINGS, most important are SETTINGS... if you do so, win10 will be activated, and then you can wipe everything and install fresh win10, it will ask for a serial a couple of times but just skip them, and when you reach desktop and go check for activation status, it will be activated... just finished this, now looking for missing drivers...

    Are you using the home iso? You can't upgrade home to pro without a key.

    if I will use credit card with this eds there is any way it could be stolen (by the system) or it is just like using MS original software.
    Im asking if someone could tweak the system or something to steal credit card?
