So what's going to happen to people like me that have a test rig that constantly change out motherboards and processors, along with other parts? are we going to have to call MS every time.? If so, I'm not even going to upgrade my test rig.
Lord I hope that does not mean more surprises on 29th But that Winareo tweaker is a neat little program, has boot options too I use it, and like it.
Well it just shuts off the USB to my keyboards and mice when it reboots for the safe mode selection. Dumb me though I needed to change out my GPU driver and forgot DDU will also reboot into safe mode...I am such a creature of habit doing things manually. But still need someone else to test it it, as I want to make sure it just not my hardware..haha.
test rig why do you even need to activate. And I even doubt if option to call M$ will be an option for free upgrade they already stated for the life of the machine and they classed changing motherboard as a new machine. your only real option if you need to activate would be retail version or enterprise if they do not change KMS.
Um can someone help me with obtaining 10240.16384.150709-1700.th1_CLIENTCORE_RET_x86fre_zh-tw.esd I need this for my Acer Aspire One which has a x86 only D270 Atom CPU. I tried both of the esd link generators and they just don't work.
1. Install 10130 SL from DVD in BIOS in locale account. add BIOS-key. activation - yes 2. Mounted 10240 SL iso. Run setup for upgrade. 3. When 10240 SL establish - it is in the activation and it is in the locale account.
