I guess your key ends with ***** and not with 6MY6Y. It is generic VL_MAK key for Win 10 Pro not Enterprise. For now, it is legit. Assuming HDD change is not major, activation should persist but if for any reason it does not, I recommend installing your VL_MAK Win7 Pro on your new SSD and then upgrading that to Win10 Pro. Then even after clean install it will self activate.
Yes, new VL_MAK keys are definitely needed for Win 10 Enterprise though same keys work for Win 10 Pro.
Yes *****. So it's worth giving it a shot in the SSD? I don't know if it's legal, or if i'm registered as a "legit" person that upgraded from W7. What do you recommend? Try to clean install it using the key I got? Booting to the .ISO without the W10 HDD connected needs to enter a key, if I enter the ***** it lets me install W10. What if Windows disables it later? I don't see any kind of "Preview" or "Insider Thing". Hell, 10 minutes ago it asked me if I liked to change W7 to W10. So confusing. Should I wait or do it now that is working?
I guess it's worth a shot. Install using that key and just go online after installing, it should activate automatically or if not just do press activate button manually in PC settings. Don't worry, your activation once activated after upgrade is stored in MS servers and is legit. Wheather or not activation would get disabled later no one knows before 29 July.

It does work, I have also tried. I'm just doubtful because of your HDD change which will change Hardware ID a bit (not significantly). It should work as you are not changing a major component such as motherboard which changes HWID completely.

Like everyone else I have no idea what MS will do on the 29th. There will probably be consolidated isos that include the updates between the 15th and the 29th and I will surely download them and file them away. However I have clean installed three machine and upgraded the other two and they all run great. I have no intention of going through any of it again before the next great thing is released in the fall.
When the Windows 10 Build 10240.16384 gets installed there is an update (~400mb) that downloads and updates Windows 10 to build 10240.16390, is there any way to get this KB3074665 download files and pack it into a single single file (located C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download) for single click install?
