Windows 10 Build 10240 is RTM (Release to manufacturer, OEMs). RTM means the build which OEMs will install on new PCs or the build you will see running on new PCs in the store on 29 July. There will be bunch of updates available on 29 July for Build 10240 which will make the RTM GA release. Whether or not MS releases RTM to general public on 29 July or a build with GA updates integrated is unsure.
only we can see and we have is 111 langs 39 full and other interface langs in this build ...that make 60% RTM and no 40% non RTM (joke)
But that doesn't nullify the fact build 101240 is RTM. Perhaps, other languages will be released on the 29th.
Sorry, but I don't think this will cut it for the aio. It was a pretty complicated process in 7 and 8--ambidav had really good guides for that. Looks like he's still around. Also, if you get an aio .iso, would you be able to use Rufus to make a USB stick that would support both BIOS and UEFI? Would it detect the key embedded in UEFI systems and automatically load the correct version and activate with that key?
Open Edge, click on the 3 Points on the right side>Settings and then scroll down. In IE only on the Settings Icon and then on info
Launch IE and check it! It's 11.0.10240.16384 it says "RTM" too, so I say that's a pretty good indication this Windows 10 build is the RTM
