Are you a insider, if you are uninstall last KB

 

Yes and I am logged in with my insider account, but I upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro.

 

I had no issues before today either..I did two things, configure a couple of Hyper-V guests and run WU..that's it. Oh, and after my last boot hypervisor was no longer running either and I had to run a bcdedit command to fix that. Strange occurrences for me today.

 

Google is not playing nice for finding that fix which wipes the taskbar, maybe someone else can find it...I would try that and also make sure you feedback it. Apparently it is hardware specific.

It specifically had to do with the upgrading and the edge icon appearing blank and doing nothing when you clicked on it. The fix wipes your taskbar. I just can't find it.

I don't know if you can be insider and upgrade normally, I would opt out of insider program, you may have got there latest KB test, I would uninstall it, sign out of Insider program on their home page at bottom, leave the program, and there's a place on 10240 you need to leave too, reboot

 

i'm windows insider and i use in my pc the last build 10240 and in my vmware i use my win 7 pro sp1 with geniunekey oem:coa and i have make reserve with same e-mail i'm insider what is the worst can happened ??

 

You get all these Insider KB's and builds with bugs to test to keep the rest of us safe, it's MANDITORY you download the new buggy builds

 

I have four machines and I use the same Email but each machine has it's own key. That key is absorded with the machine not the Email account.

i have no idea but i will take it and i see in 8 days from my side

the one i have geniune OEM:COA Key and other i'm insider close 4 months ..i let microsoft choose for me

and I thought you meant 10240.16393.amd64fre.th1_st1.150717-1719 but I see you got it from the line above in the registry.

 

i think e-mail is more for windows insider's and participate if not make mystake or something.. in my insider hub says i'm 4 months in insider program ..

 

Look, if your nervous, on the 28th just create another email account and change all machines associated with it.

 

Im really screwin with ms then, Im using insider email and retail upgrades. I wonder whos head will explode first
