Can't say I have. System still boots up in like 5 seconds. Could just be that my ssd is really fast.

one other question of interest:- we had at one time a "round" recycle bin, where can I find it? It looks better than this squared one.
    Thank you

Hmm ... what answer you want to hear? I already linked in other thread to show, MSA is at least not mandatory. Your choice.

the point is that i don't understand how to upgrade and what are MSA and GWX!

on a win 8.1 pc already activated, should i run the windows 10 setup and select "upgrade" ?

Normally, you will see this msg if you changed your group policy for WU to inform you about updates and not downloading them, which doesn't work on Pro from what I've tried.

Not necessary..I upgraded, activated and clean installed getting re-activated without ever using a MSA and I did it on multiple machines. You will have to move your screen down a spec when it first asks for your msa so the "skip this step" becomes visible.

    Ahhh ... say that :D.

MSA = Microsoft Account (that one you also need to verify you're insider)
GWX = The notifation in Tray to 'Order' Win 10
