Actually I mean the workstation itself in the case of vmware and the manager for hyper-v. When it stops you can't start any of your guests, you get an error. It appears this has been an issue in past years with both but I have never seen it before the last couple of days. In both cases the service is set to auto but it just stops after awhile for no apparent reason not while guests are running but if it is just sitting there idle. The other possibility may be it goes off during sleep, I will try to verify that tonight.
@montythebrave The key end by 3V66T is called generic key. A generic key is only determinate what you Windows edition install (Home or Pro), is not for activate Windows. For activate you Windows 10 use you personnal product key on (COA).
Why when I enter my legit windows 7 home premium product key it doesn't accept it? How do I activate this?
Yes, normally you can back up in system control panel and security and there is normally restore windows 7.
Yes and images from this ESD takes all the roll on updates and activated machines behaviors have remains the same
True, but my Intel CoreDuo T2500 has 2x2 Ghz with SSE2 and 1 Gigs of RAM ... should do the trick. Not sure about my ATI Mobility Radeon X1400, hopefully Win10 still accepts WDDM 1.0 drivers ... but then again this will just be my "tinkering around" laptop for KMS and stuff, who needs HW accelleration anyway
Is anyone else having a problem with older versions of utorrent on Windows 10? I have only been able to get utorrent_3.3.2 build 30260 and above to work, the older ones get an error saying its not trusted or that its blocked. View attachment 37531
By restoring to earlier version through the windows 10 feature, will this lose all my files or put everything back to what it was like before?
