I believe the first ISO's will appear on Windows Insiders page on 29th Someone answer post 5190 please
Dipping my toes in the unpredictability of M$, Yes an ISO by the end of July, BUT it will be the same build as we have already got - ie nothing new. Taking into account the waves of upgrades coming, AND all the problems that will reviel, them considering those updates will have to be tested and modified, my prediction is No new ISO til at least September.
What are you talking about, on 29 Jul that is where the Official Win 10 ISO for Windows Insiders will be
Hmm ... they try to have as much control over the upgrade process as even possible, so they will most likely do it officially via WU only. Since the downloaded files get updated to latest version already during the upgrade preparation, they can assure the user will always start with an up-to date version. Releasing ISOs publicily would definitely defeat this. So my guess: they will appear some time after GA.
Heh, so then Scottish people, or Irish, possibly will have some major issues with that 'uk cortana' because of their accent... Chance of some unpredictable results.
.... my inner comic shows a drunken/choleric irish(scotish) man beating his new Win 10 machine, due a missunderstanding regarding his mum.
Are ISO's on Windows Insider page the same one for general public, I don't think they are but murphy78 says they are, someone call this
It's an english forum dude, if you wanna translate... translate to german, french, indian, etc... not only to spanish (que te columpias xD)
Since it says you can revert one month after activation....It may mean that you can only roll back to 8.1 during that period. Might not mean you can't reinstall 8.1 and activate.
I'm saying that we have a month to get back to 8.1. You always can install 8.1 but your key will not work
Windows 8.1 installed and activated (via Skype)... upgraded to Windows 10 Pro (instantly activated)... Format full HD and installed the Windows 10 Pro (skiped the serial number)... Instantly activated via internet and updated. No roll back to Windows 8.1 for me (I live to the limit xD)
