word on the street is insane, there is no way microsoft would deactivate genuine windows 7 or 8 users who upgraded and then stuffed up their windows and clean installed before a certain date, its lies, lies i tell you. All you would have to do is ring them up and complain and you would get reactivated but its not going to need to happen, you will stay activated.
hahahahaha hilarious xD I mean that I upgrades a fully activated windows 8.1 to windows 10 (insert ISO DVD and upgrade), then my w10 was fully activated in 1m. Turn off pc and power on with the ISO DVD... full format the pc (advanced installation) and,,,, voila! when I connected to internet, my W10 Pro was permanent activated: View attachment 37544
reset is technically a clean install, to me it IS a clean install. Wonder what the at MS think about that too? lol
What they mean by that is they're not providing ISO's to do clean installs! Their method of sending it out is via windows update as an upgrade
That sounds like a Windows Insider key code, If your not Insider go to their home page at bottom, leave this program, also place on 10240, sign out of insider builds, reboot
Yeh right!!!!!! And M$ also said 10240 isn't RTM (as we know it). M$ activation server will record your activation after the upgrade. After that you can do a clean install and the activation server wont be able to tell any difference. Once your PC is activated after the upgrade your soooooo safe to go with a clean install, the M$ server wont tell the difference.
