LOL. Is this a freaking joke? Notepad, MS Paint, Photos, Windows Media Player. Internet Explorer ect. WTF is this garbage? So you are saying these are the garbage that will help Windows 10 from losing customers? Good one. Sure I can make a better OS. I have been doing it for years now by making Windows look good with mods such as themepatcher/rainmeter/alternative softwares/ect because Microsoft not giving us what we want.

Yet another decent sized file. Makes you wonder what must be wrong.

Just reminds me of 8.1 all over again.

Can someone familiar with installing this assist me. I have a Sony laptop, had windows 8.1 Pro on it..the installation went just fine, did the upgrade..the last thing that it did that took forever was when it was installing all the settings, etc..and it said "This is taking longer than usual" that finished..it said LETS START..and that was it..now I see this little spinny icon thing that I can move around and the background is like a blue screen nothing is there but I can see the hard drive is working from time to time I just have no idea what its doing is this normal..I dont have SSD so a 5400rpm hard drive I can understand might take some time especially a laptop but this is ridiculous

You just can't. No Linux or reactOS or MAC OS will do it. Bro. Even so Windows has the most comprehensive third party platform compared to any other OS
This isn't a forum for complaining bud... Just sayin' :D

i already went on with the downgrade...totally forgot , my version of 8.1 had no updates since 2014...so i ended up updating 1.5 GB o_O
anyways, updated to 10 , it activated ("permanently")... so all is left is a clean install to see what happens ;)

Windows is still a plattform to serve millions different purposes. No clear-minded will uses MS internal tool if not mandatory. All have their personal preferences which no OS cab satisfy.

If one wants it cute, cuddly and shiny, use Apple.

And a ROFL to the OS-Building abilities.

OR with so must encrypted security in the beast, you change one small thing to be fixed, it then requires a whole heap of other files to be changed to follow suit.

    That's my bet

It takes a long time to boot when you don't have fast boot enabled... But with it it takes 1 second :D
And also still 1 or 2 bug I'm noticing here :)
So I hope they fix those
