microsoft now clear give you 2 ways one put the key and continue and second skip it ( fack it) and continue....the second must be that we have now permantly activated..cauze we all skip it right?
if understand right only which ask about key in upgrade is enterprise and education..so this is hardly you put skip from other side 29 july maybe microsoft give in e-mail insider diffrent keys which make it possible ...
I think come the 29th all windows 10 insiders ..? will become active throw windows 10 update personally think they don't care now as long as people are using windows 10 and people buy software throw the app store that's where the revenue is now and that's what truly matter to them making profit .. hint why they are giving it away on high gross system OS to move people to 10 to take people money ... End of the day money makes the world go round.. also think people on the 29th will get 10240 but that's my 2 cent now .. take how you like people..
Once you upgrade your system to windows 10 & go past 30 day period are you tied to windows 10 with no chance of downgraded the system as your activation is tied to the hardware as anyone thought about this a& upgraded to windows 10 then done clean install Then tried to return to their previous OS & have Microsoft confirm this If this is the case it leaves Microsoft with overall control of the system you purchased Windows as a Service means subscription maybe Anyone else concern the way it maybe going as nothing is ever FREE
yeah this is right i know ...microsoft for reach 1 billion devices they need the whole world use it this is one benefits microsoft give in million people free permantly Windows 10..otherwise can't reach this number which need 2-3 years and still don't believe with that move they can't reach it
I'm still picking up tidbits here and there, Like when EFA11, said after upgrade, when doing clean install, if box comes up asking for key, we should skip it.
There may be lots of confusion out there but Microsoft has said it is free for the life of the device...meaning no subscription The downgrade is not clear from what they have said. You may or may not be able to go back after a month. But if you are using a SLIC licensed Windows 7, I doubt they would go to the extra trouble they would need to go to block reinstalling it and using SLIC lock on it again. It isn't clear but a purchased retail license may also give you the right to reinstall the older version at any time.
When we finally get the last of the 10240 home sl esd files, I'm going to ask tito to close it. After 500+ pages, ppl just start sh**posting. MDL should have the chat thing enabled on every thread so people who are bored can type in that instead. EDIT: I guess we can leave it open for a while and see how it goes...
