I also installed net3 when I first installed, so I don't know if that's related or not. I really can't say unless I uninstall a specific update and then the problem is gone.

Same crap that affected me. I've uninstalled literally everything, including netfx3 and I'm doing one last check before doing a restorehealth.
Okay I got it to work but you have to point it at the mounted windows directory. /source:c:\mount\windows I haven't tried the mounted iso version.
