explorer.exe is crashing when I go to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> Right click in the adapter -> Properties Anyone has this problem too?
Is it safe to disable Internet Explorer under "Turn Windows Features On or Off", or do some apps need it? Also, how do you remove the links of OneDrive and Dropbox from the sidebar in File Explorer?

MS did not publish their Enterprise, fr-ca, and es-mx versions to their download servers, AFAIK. If you can't download via one of the mirrors I'd suggest waiting until we get the MSDN files. We think they *might* be published at the end of this week or early next week.
