I noticed it there and in trying to uninstall programs....explorer just crashes-to-desktop, as soon as I put in the command to uninstall the update--crash-ola! It doesn't take anything else with it, but that's bad enough--can't even check the status of my Ethernet adapter without it crashing explorer. Really odd, that...they had explorer.exe trouble for a long while with the start menu and some things associated with it--looks like the code is still bugged there. Glad you guys saw it, too...because now I know it's not because of something frightful that I did somewhere.... EDIT: WU KB3074683 Fixed it! Everything back to normal...so far...
This is the first time in 10 years where I have not been running a RTM version of Windows weeks/months before its general release. Just reading the reports, Windows 10 seems incredibly buggy and will need a lot of time to become stable even after July 29th.
Same story here, annoying... No such issue with plain Microsoft HD Audio drivers, only with the VIA HD Audio ones that ship with W10... will try to uninstall them and see how it works...
I wish they clarify what the updates does cos after the problem KB3074681 only more Windows Defender definitions have come just checked now
