I got error 0x803f7000 when I try to install Reader app. what to do ? The app try to get license - "Acquiring License". I tried WSReset.exe and it didn't help.
For people looking for enterprise I installed MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.10.ENTERPRISE.RTM.10240.X64.VOL.ENGLISH.DVD (i guess it the same as the msdn) over windows 8.1 enterprise and remains activated and all apps and settings too.
Hi guys, need some help here. When I try to open the installation from windows 10 iso (running on a usb bootable made with rufus 2.2) I dont see any option to format my HDD and do a clean install. I just see 3 options that are: keep documents; keep everything or dont keep anything. Does the option to format HDD, create partitions and so only appears when running the windows 10 installer from my machine boot? Im running it from my win 7 installation. EDIT.: nevermind. just tried booting up the pc and all fine...
You can only clean install if you change your boot settings to point to your usb drive. The closest thing on upgrade would be the keep nothing option and even then it creates a windows.old and has different registry settings than a clean install. It should be noted that you will not receive the permanent activation if you do not go through the upgrade process at least once with your internet connection available so it can communicate with the MS servers.
If you have already upgraded then do a reset instead and you will get options to both format your drive as well as do a security scrub of it.
You mean like this? I got it trying to use the Windows Download Tool. It looks like one of those Microsoft mystery messages. Like the one that tells you that you cannot eject the USB drive because another program is using it, but doesn't tell you which one
It's not adobe reader. adobe reader is not app. Each app can't be install. The problem is with the licenses. How can I sync app licenses in windows 10 ? In windows 8.1 I had it in settings of Store.
I haven't installed it, I started using Foxit Reader a long time ago...Adobe's size aggravated me but I will see if I can google that error code.
