"key logger" is set in customize settings during setup or in settings->privacy pane
Look for the one that says "Send Microsoft info about how I write to help us improve typing and writing in the future"
Turn it off for disable "key logger"

Can I do a clean install if my Insider MSA already activated?

Will I be asked for a product key?

so in flashing this build a week or so ago. did a clean install refresh after activation. explorer shows me as 10.10240.16405. which from reading is assuming what you all have.. i have disabled insider preview now. but under updates still says uninstall latest preview build. and my last update reads (KB3074683). so reading i know this and the rtm hash are the same. but does the release yesterday have those uninstall preview notes? also am i updated to latest?i ask cause well i haven't gotten anything update wise since the 28th. i only just disabled preview builds. figured we would of got something by now.

If i remember correctly updates are based on compatible hardware and not region or version of windows.

So its a crap shoot on who gets it and when i believe.

My insider button is greyed out, can't opt-in or opt-out whether I'm attached to my Microsoft Account or not. I'm still on build 10240.16384, even though that's not the version we're supposed to be on now. Kind of confused, really.

Am going to do the upgrade on my PC now(But I want to do a clean install after wards) confused about how to use the media creation tool. I have it opened now and it gives me two options Upgrade this PC now and Create installation media for another PC..what do I have to do in order to create the ISO image so I can do the upgrade..or do I have to "Upgrade this PC now" then after it reboots and its done I can then create the ISO image and do a clean install..just want to make sure I Do it right

Create installation media selection and choose ISO. Then upgrade from within windows using the ISO

So I chose option Create installation media for another PC and I burn it to disc, then I upgrade windows 8.1 using that disc..once upgraded then I can do a clean install? Since I have windows 8.1 HOME that means I can only install Windows 10 HOME is that correct?

You choose which version of Windows 10 you want to create media for. Windows Home, Windows Pro, etc. Doesn't matter what computer you download it from. If you need more than one version for different machines just create them from that site with the Media Creation tool.

You can make either USB flash or ISO for DVD.

K cool.so since my PC is windows 8.1 home I need to create a windows 10 home ISO disc, which I will create by clicking on Create installation media for another PC because if I choose Upgrade this PC now it wont be able to create a disc right? Then after its created, I can do the upgrade by double clicking the icon after I burn it to disc, then after its upgraded I can do a clean install..Since my PC is home, I cant upgrade to a pro version of windows 10 so I will just stick with the home version of it
One more thing, my laptop I downloaded the faikee version of windows 10 a few days ago and installed it. Im hoping it was NOT the preview version or anything its build 10.0.10240.16384 but when I go to update and security it mentions the Insiders Build so that made me nervous but if everyone has that then its Ok..thanks I appreciate your help!

Yes select for another PC and get the ISO or have it burn it to a DVD at the end of the download. You can use that DVD on the other computers. To do the first time upgrade, run the setup program on the DVD you downloaded and do from within Windows. After that you can use the DVD to fresh install and it will activate if you want to do that. You don't have to do it.

The faikee DVD I don't know and haven't used. But seems you have the correct build from what you posted.
