I have a question about "search" in the taskbar, when I want to find a file, not in C: \ (OS), using the Windows key and type a name, I don't see the results, I'm looking for documents located in D:\ , I have to go to "My Stuff" and do some sport work to find them, how to find them at the first time when typing their name (from search box in taskbar), thank you very much

 

Run in Cmd ADMIN prompt type sfc /scannow

Bring up file explorer and try search in there

no i didn't i was use the esd file which i make iso..should make clean installation with MSDN iso's??? cauze its the same right?

I was on hold with Dell chat for 20 minutes, someone finally came online and said I would have to perform a BIOS test to see what the problem could be and that it could take 30 minutes to perform the test..since I have to leave at 11am here I will just call Dell when I get back and do it..is that the norm for Dell to want to do a BIOS test to see what the problem could be

As lobo11 said, keep tapping the f2 key to your heart content or like their no tomorrow and you be in in no time

Kobe, if that does not work, call Dell have them remotely take control of your computer, tell them you want the computer to boot from CD or DVD first, that's it.

 

You think they able to get into the BIOS remotely.

They called me from Dell, he said he doesnt recommend a clean install because it will cause an issue with activation LOL I told him I did it on the laptop and it was fine..so when I get home I will call and get hold of someone else I knew getting hold of these technical support fools I would have problems

2nd Boot Device UEFI Windows Boot M...
3rd Boot Device..USB Storage Device
4th Boot Device..Internal ODD Devices
5th Boot Device..Onboard NIC Device
