2) upgrade to official build 10240 OK "windows is activated"
3) clean install from
Reset function in Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC (Get Started)
ERROR: "inaccessible boot device" WHY?
The system comeback to step 2)

Hmm ... just tested whether this option is available via booting from the installation media ... it is.

Try this way . Boot it, then instead of starting the actual Setup on second "Window", chose the Repair Options down left.
