If you do it manually, you have to find a working server, at one time there were hundreds of address. Sorry to butt in.
What happened with the option to drag anything to the left under File Explorer??? you could drag (holding right click/mouse) and then it would give you a pop-up with options (move, copy, etc)... this option is gone... actually it does not even let you drag it at all!! you get the round circle crossed with the red line.. but if you have 2 separate windows then it allows you do do so????? any reg fix for this?? I know this is something trivial but I use it often...
I guess in the meantime we just have to use KMS AutoNet, etc. It does the same 180 day activation, but like Mr. X said, with an emulator I want to know though if there's a new KMS server that we can use or will somebody mAke one
Check out the Microsoft ToolKit Thread in my sig, CODY just released v2.6 Beta 1 with Win 10 support . NOTE: Torrent Client needed for the Magnet Link.
Try: How to repair Windows image: In ADMIN Cmd Prompt type sfc /scannow may take up to 3 times press enter on keyboard if this finds errors try In ADMIN Cmd Prompt Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Press enter on keyboard, wait for it to finish, If this does not fix problem, then With ISO Media in CD/DVD tray: (The same media you installed image with) Type in ADMIN Cmd Prompt DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:wim:C:\install.wim:1 /limitaccess press enter on keyboard, wait for it to finish--C would be drive letter of your CD/DVD tray If this does not work, sit back, relax several options now: Backup copy of image Reset/Recovery Reformatt partition, install ISO again Hope this helps
I ran it on three different computers, two retail upgrades and one oem. All gave the exact same key. Tool must be useless.
Thanks! I was just testing something just before I checked your post.. the last reg fix I run 2 days ago was to get rid of "Quick Access", I put it back and rebooted... and guess what.. the options are back... so it seems like getting rid of it from File Explorer it actually breaks some functionality.. now I hate Quick Access even more... Did this to get rid of it: Code: Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{679f85cb-0220-4080-b29b-5540cc05aab6}\ShellFolder] "Attributes"=dword:a0600000 "FolderValueFlags"=dword:00000001 I saved the same key before I made the change, so I just returned it to its original value..
