from windows 7 pro sp1 to win 10 pro upgrade all ok and activated.
but when I clean install does't activated

Always when ask for key through installation and configuration of Win 10 go SKIP and it will work, and u must have active Internet Connection.

 

I had "upgraded" my wife's Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 night before last. Everything seemed to be working well. Last night I restarted it and the truth of the mess showed its ugly head. So I decided to restore it to the system image I had made of 7 Pro. What a nightmare that turned out to be. Anyway, without suffering you through the details, I finally got it done. She'll be happy again, I hope.

 

Error is normal MS servers are having issue, activation occurs within 24-48 hours....don't worry

 

But deep in your mind, you know you must have this beast know as Win 10 you will try again, probably the only thing you did wrong is to not wait long enough for MS's server's to catch up and activate you, I believe you may have (Jumped the gun, so to speak).

That are debugging symbols, needed to run Debugging Tools for Windows. Some need to manually update free AeroGlass version.

 

Upgrading from Windows 8.1 activated with MTK seems to result in a permanently activated machine as well. I've done it on a couple of machines now with success each time.

 

What about clean install, do you need to or is upgrade enough

Clean install activates automatically just fine without key.

Indeed risky, but with the way things are going @ Microsoft I personally wouldn't sweat it. Worst comes to worst you can always just activate Windows 10 using MTK. Until then I'll enjoy the free ride.

 

So when do we get Windows 11 Leaked?
It was always more fun using the leaked builds / preview builds than using the actual released Windows.
So now Windows 10 has come out and it's boring. We need Windows 11 beta builds

 

There will no new versions of Windows from now on. This is the last Windows release. MS will keep updating this Windows from now on. This is what is meant by "Windows as a service".

 

Is it worth to install Education version ?
Is it safer than Pro ? Is there more privacy ?

 

Nah!, don't do either, both offer too much features over Home and Education will show a watermark, even if activated (by design).
