I just wanted to say one thing without having to open a thread. It's a fb that already sent to MS. How they could make the Solitairie app so f******* ugly. Goddamn, it makes my eyes hurt. It's not like a mix between 7 Cards games and W8 app. It's like they let a five old person mix W95 UI, Windows 7 and Windows 8, in a giant orgy with oil on ink paint... the purple bear looks awful, that painting effect.

I don't either, run in ADMIN CMD Prompt type sfc /scannow if it finds errors, I would uninstall all the changes you have made, you change something, it breaks something else
I have to rectify my former comment (and really have to do a clean reinstall/recovery). I've installed win 10 pro x64 nl-NL on my test machine and it's HWID activated and it doesn't show the "some settings are managed....organization" line. The sshot was made from a win install who had also been modded.
if you go into settings and change anything under the privacy tab, it will come back. Any changes made to privacy and update settings will trigger that red text. You can test this by going to privacy in settings change something and look, then change it back and see it go poof
