I believe that is very good idea, Everyone is treating this as Final RTM, which I believe it is not, I don't believe MS is done with this yet, I know build number is going to change, what else, I don't know
16:20 and not see build 10240 in update why ?i update today from 8.1 pro x64 too 10162,because insider is block now???
I can see people upgrading, but clean install, not me, and that's just for people who have Win 10 image, not Win 7,8, 8.1 till 29th
maybe anyone can help i want to install windows 10 whats better? install build 10240 and activate it via kms (should work right?) or install build 10166 and update to 10240 (but is it possible to activate it per windows 8.1 key ?) thanks
I would think you can just call them and get it fixed...however, I did notice that phone activations don't work..not sure if it's just because they haven't turned it on for 10 yet or if they are no longer going to allow them. I got the "unable to verify activation string" this morning.
I believe your making right choice, 14 days, big deal, and if MS has surprise for us it may be KMS ver 7, which as soon as you go to windows update, will be auto installed, people won't be able to stop it, plus build jump number and whatever else
Can you download it from Insiders Home page, no, this is just another build for Windows Insiders to play with, show me link to official MS server.
