This machine has been running insider builds, that's how I ended up with Pro Insider Preview. Why on earth I got an Enterprise ESD, I have no freaking clue. I was really surprise when I saw my machine downloding an ENterprise ESD, but at that point, I can't think of anything to stop the install. Anybody got any idea how to go back to Pro Preview without having to start from scratch? I have a copy of the Pro ESD, but the install asks for a key. Well I don't have a key coz I have always been on Insider Preview all the time. ANybody have a working key that would let me just overwrite this Enterprise version with a Pro one? All the Preview keys I tried seem to be not working anymore.
Please give me a little bit more credit. I'm a little smarter than that. As I can see, some people got upgraded to Enterprise too from Pro. WTH is going on at M$??
I did not manually download the ESD. The ESD downloaded itself as soon as it appeared in the Fast Ring. All I did was to "check for updates" and the latest update showed up
Guys.. many thanks for the links, i'm downloading now.. 3 hours to go on the mega link. here's what i plan to do: 1. decrypt the esd to iso with esd-decrypter-wimlib-8 2. decompress the iso with winrar 3. run the setup file. I assume that will update to the new build. Am I right.?
Correction it is Post - RTM and it is insider build beta testing. I believe that is all good day sir.
No. RTM escrow builds are those that occur just before a big release. In this case its a freaking service pack / update. We are not talking about languages just the version number. Technically this crap started because MS didn't want to call service packs actual service packs anymore. That is why this is called POST - RTM. We are going to be getting an update that should be called a service pack but is called threshold 2.
is there any way to download just a particular language pack.I mean all links for lp with the previous build are already dead.Or we have to wait ?
You do realize that the major beta builds had all the languages? I mean hell even the release preview had all the languages.
