I wish we could. I hate how we have to use the color for everything instead of just picking it up for titlebar. Also I liked the default app colors on W8.1 better, that accent color is not my thing. #BringBackTetrixWindows

Any idea why you're getting this? I've never even heard of this let alone seen it.

 

Personalize- color- but it's show background color on task bar action, tile bar, on or off.

 

Can you google defender verification and see if there is a pic posted so everyone can see what you're talking about.
