What causes the download of pending apps after install? I get Twitter, Candy Crush, Minecraft Flipboard and Wunderlist after I connect to the internet. Sure, I can delete them after they've been installed, but I'm just curious if anyone here knows what's causing this.
If the final ISO will be released tomorrow, then there will be no difference from the ESD's leaked a few days ago. They simply don't have time to change anything.
Been running Win10 since Oct 1/14 and haven't had a drive fail yet, through every build... Parking heads & noise from that direction is a symptom of a failing drive...it's very difficult to imagine how an OS (even using the NTFS file system) could be destroying hard drives...much more logical that such drives were either defective if relatively new, or else were older drives just waiting to fail, and the added usage of installing new builds through the upgrade cycle of several Win10 builds simply hastened their demise. I dimly recall one issue, however, of Win7 in a dual-boot scenario (and only then) with Win8, whereupon when booting to Win7 chkdsk was running ahead of each boot--greatly expanding bootup time, of course. But, this was something Microsoft found and isolated with a bug fix long ago, IIRC.
Yep...Insiders always get the "official" release a bit earlier than the teeming throngs of torch-wielding peasants... No watermark was a dead giveaway since I've not seen Microsoft make that mistake with any build of Win10, IIRC. And of course, add the timing to it and it's simple. And thus is a new RTM baseline build born...Also spake Zarathustra.
you're the one to proof, not me. I didn't call something to be authentic such as an iso from OEM partners. You are the Big mouth here, no?
