I have the same bug with the Windows boot. It start to load with the normal circle and it goes and some seconds later appears the same screen but with the laggy circle.
How can I fix it?

I noticed a bug on 10586, it randomly activates location and a non existant bluetooth adapter, anyone has this glitch?

 

Is says 'Multiple' versions. Seems a bit odd.

Don't honestly know as I don't use them...I would guess that maybe you need a key for VL activation...

It is identical....when you install RTM you get 10586...but shortly thereafter you'll get a cumulative update (KB3105211) that makes it 10586.3

 

The Techbench link has already been posted multiple times in the main 10586 thread.
