Does the latest ISO from Microsoft site come with the latest version 1511(build 10586.3) and can we use it to update instead of waiting for the updates through Windows?
please read the previous posts. there is no standalone update for 10586. it is an upgrade. therefore it downloads a cd image and upgrades from there. so you can download an iso and use it to upgrade your pc.
Anybody help, can't get 10586 this update to apply, just goes round and round in circles [reboot - failed to apply]. Don't want to install any insider upgrades, rather stick to MS distributed updates. Are MS doing doing anything sly with this update such as expecting to see a MS logged in account, or US English installed?
Hi! After the update, my Windows 10 is at low volume, even on the settings max out and my head set. Someone with the same problem?

Windows 10 build 10586 very low sound Hi! After the update, my Windows 10 is at low volume, even on the settings max out and my head set. Someone with the same problem?
Every time I encountered this after installing/updating this for clients it resets sound settings from Sond Card changing it from say 2,1 to 5,1 sound system... Check your sound card settings...
I noticed that ISO downloaded from techbench and from mediacreationtools are differents. The first ones have install.wim, the second ones install.esd inside....
The first one is the iso provided my Microsoft and the second one is from the esd. The program download and decrypt the esd and make the iso with install.esd
mine downloaded through wu and failed to install, then when i check again for update it says there's no updates.
Please confirm or correct me if I am wrong... Does new Media Creation Tool download multiple editions now? I can only choose language, Windows 10/n and Architecture x32/x64/Both... Does this mean the version will have both Home and Pro? If so are there any other versions inside? How to Check?
