Yes, my onboard sound is Realtek, but I don't have the Realtek HD Audio Manager on the Control Panel. Now seem's to be even more low. Oh man... I'm very sad EDIT: I'm downloading the driver from the official website.
If you don't have B10586, then yes, it downloads the ESD file that's about 2.6GB for the 64bit.. it also needs to expand it and install it.. For MonarchX, move as much as you can out to another disk or partition or even a USB, install, then clean the disk to remove all the rubbish, then bring back what you want..
sorry you don't know windows very well, winsxs folder, software distribution folder, pagefile.sys hiberfil.sys and swapfile.sys ARE AND WILL eat your hdd space, even with clean up tools ... just installed 10586 with the 520 megs of today updates, i use hibernate winsxs = 50,004 files 5.78 gigs swapfile = 256 megs hyberfil = 12.7 gigs pagefile = 5 gigs i'm running this on a 32 gigs of ram pc ........ and finally since windows 10 is declared as a service. you will have to download a 2.6 gig of file sooner or later ... as an update or a clean install
right click sound icon in taskbar/playback devices/click your speakers then properties/enhancements/and check the loudness equalization box.
simply download realtek high def audio from their web sites, you'll recover your realtek control panel like i did
Micorosft from the time Bill G. left gone INSANE! You are waiting more on windows update then on using PC!!!?! I was hoping for more transparent update process with incremental update, not this s**t!
M$ost has taken a very bad turn, no privacy, no updates infos, no respect of our needs, and yes a very shi@@##$$ way of doing updates with an uge file each time pffffff
So every 4 months I'm going to have to download a 2+ GB file and do a full upgrade just like I did from 7 to 10? That's frustrating, man.
The "loudness" equalizer is not the proper way. It just make it loud in a freaking weird way. You will hear some loudness in some stuff and pretty low on the other sounds.
The purpose of LTSB is to have a stable base code that only receives security updates and bug fixes regularly. It is intended for very large corporate environments where the Admins want over the top control of the desktop. It might be a year or more before a feature upgrade comes out. Get the regular Enterprise edition if you want feature upgrades.
