Yes, I hope so but Sergey Tkachenko said this about it when someone said "Even if using the colored title bar option in w10, inactive windows have a white title bar.":
"This is by design. I cannot change it.
    Thanks to Microsoft."

Is possible that an antivirus (in my case avast internet security -firewall + antivirus) can compromise the installation of the update in some way? ( windows 10 november update major release )

    Thanks!

No, the snake oil should coat the update and allow it to slide past install with out getting flagged, so if you have a problem you can always clean install 10586 or revert back to 10240 until and newer update is released.

Of course not. Once that your windows is activated you will no longer need new activation.

That must be an insider build? Public general availability builds are 10240 and 10586.

Does the Microsoft Tech branch download ISO updates over time ??

Like, for example I downloaded few days ago, it was 10586.0

So if I download it now again, would it offer 10586.11 ??

    I don't think so.
If you download right now, it will be the same 10586.0. Microsoft does not offer the latest updates on .iso You get updates through WU or you can install them manually as stand-alone.

I've upgraded to 10586 today and there's some disturbance in the audio. For example if a play a song, the audio sort of cuts of and resumes for few seconds and then becomes right again. Any solutions regarding this? I've realtek onboard.

ISOs don't get refreshed but for major updates (new builds in Win10 case)
only ESDs get refreshed with cumulative update later
