    Yep, that's true. KB3124263 change into 10586.63

    but anyone has a problem with KB3119142 ? Everytime I start windows update it shows
    up as new update, and it will be installes successfiully... installed it now 15 times

    KB3119142 Didn't show for me as update, nor was possible to install it as MSU.

    Installed it via DISM.

    No show for me either.
    MS Support says:
    for updates I don't want I generally just hide them & then don't seen them again :)

    What this feature ?
    Isolated User Mode
    I found it in Control Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows features on or off.
    This is new feature in TH2.

    Build 10586 update: "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124262)".
    It's now 10586.71.
