As a matter of interest, test releases would have "C:\Windows\System32\spp\store_test\2.0\" while RC and GA releases would have "C:\Windows\System32\spp\store\2.0". Both "17133" and "17128" have store and not store_test.
They can not really release all 3 builds at once without a thorough testing. RTM candidates are currently 17127, 17128 and 17133, but either one will do for testing.

The clue is in your Avatar - just use Workgroup networking, which still works fine. You just need to make sure that any folders you want to share have 'Everyone' included in the security permissions tab.

It's either showing in general or (more likely) some confusion. The flight channel for RP still lists 16299.125.
