So why MS release first to insiders and not to general public if it's RTM ? Insiders test the OS.

same reason they recommending using the new version after ~ 3 months to production env
they cant recommend untested as rtm before insiders input, in window 7 they used qa persons that made the tests
and now they using same linux method to qa

testing in ~100M is ready for production env
testing in ~10M insiders/slow insiders ready for RTM
testing in ~1M insiders ready for slow ring

 

What's that 1/10/100M ?

April 14 is a Saturday. A Saturday is not "the second tuesday of the month".

 

What it mean set for April 10 release ?

 

It means that all should get Windows 10 Spring Creators Update on April 10th (Tuesday).
