There IS NO ISO link from Microsoft for 17133 at this time. We here at MDL make our own ISO's. Making ISO's is Childs play.
Cant activate office 2016 VL with Office Toolkit 2.6.3 on this build, in fact maybe it never worked on RS4 this is the first time I installed it. Jumped the gun too quickly me thinks !
